先週、オーナーのアーロンが千葉で行われた「風の森 × 荻野貴司 × Sake Base」のコラボローンチイベントに参加してきました。日本を代表するプロ野球選手との特別な取り組みに立ち会い、油長酒造の蔵元・山本さんとも再会。改めてこの蔵の魅力を強く感じました。
そして今回、超限定のレア酒をいくつか入手できたことをきっかけに、川崎でも風の森をたっぷり楽しんでいただける「風の森ウィーク」を開催します！

Announcing Kaze no Mori week at Craft Sake Shoten & Kitchen!
Owner Aaron was in Chiba last week to help with the launch of Kaze no Mori x Ogino x Sake Base, a special collaboration with one of the top baseball stars in Japan. There, he reconnected with Yamamoto-san, the visionary kuramoto behind Yucho Shuzo. 
With us getting our hands on a few ultra rare bottles, we are inspired to share our love for this excellent brewery at Kawasaki this week.
We are presenting a chance to taste 14 Kaze no Mori varieties by the glass at very reasonable prices.

Brewed in the quiet countryside of Kumamoto by Hananoka Shuzo, Ubusuna is a line of sake that explores Japan’s terroir by using different local rice and yeast strains for each release.
The result is a fascinating lineup that’s expressive, vivid, and deeply personal — a sake that speaks of place and intention.

Spring Sake Week at Craft Sake Shoten & Kitchen begins 3/21!
The sakura will be blooming soon, and that means it’s time for fresh, seasonal sake. Breweries across Japan are releasing their limited haru-zake — bright, lively sakes made to celebrate the spring season.

From 3/21 to 3/29, we’ll be pouring a rotating selection of spring sakes by the glass. As each bottle finishes, a new one will take its place — so check in regularly to catch what’s open.

Chef Justin, who worked in America for 10 years and loves Mexican cuisine from his travels there, will be serving 3 authentic tacos rarely seen in Japan. 「銀座おのでら」の専門寿司学校で訓練を受けた柴田シェフが、4月12日金曜日におつまみと10貫のにぎり寿司を含むおまかせコースを提供します。


Chef Shibata, who trained at Ginza Onodera's Professional Sushi Course, is hosting a sushi omakase course on April 12, 2024. The course will include several small plates and 10 pieces of nigiri.
