In 2016 we decided to leve California to come to Japan in pursuit of our dream, the exploration of a wonderful country filled with delicious foods. Along our way we discovered the joys of Nihonshu, otherwise known as Japanese Sake. This led to us openeing our tasting room as a means to further explore the industry and provide education to the global community. Our passion is sake education and evangelism. Our sake stock changes weekly, we have a few select breweries that we tend to keep in stock, but the vast majority of the fridge changes over weekly (70+ bottles). Stop by to see what we have this week!
At least once a month we have a special guest in the shop. Often times this is a sake brewery owner or head brewer to talk about thier brewery and evangelise their latest creations.
We carry a selection of 720ml bottles for takehome for those days when you either want something to go, dont feel like being social, or want to take it for later.
Our passion is sake and education around it. We are more than happy to walk you through the options, help explore your palate, and make reccomendations to make sure you have a wonderful experience.
The last wednesday of every month is nomihodai day, stop by to help us drink all the sake in the fridge. It is potluck style, so bring some snacks to share and enjoy the evening!
