Craft Sake Shoten began in Yokohama in 2017 with a simple idea: make great sake easy to discover and share with good people. Today, our bars in Yokohama and Kawasaki bring that spirit to every glass. Our sommeliers select a wide range of styles, and the lineup changes constantly as new seasonal bottles are released.
