3/21〜3/29の期間中、日替わりでグラス提供いたします。1本空くごとに次の春酒が登場するので、ラインナップはその日のお楽しみ。ぜひ何度でも覗いてみてください。

Spring Sake Week at Craft Sake Shoten & Kitchen begins 3/21!
The sakura will be blooming soon, and that means it’s time for fresh, seasonal sake. Breweries across Japan are releasing their limited haru-zake — bright, lively sakes made to celebrate the spring season.

From 3/21 to 3/29, we’ll be pouring a rotating selection of spring sakes by the glass. As each bottle finishes, a new one will take its place — so check in regularly to catch what’s open.

Tasty and authentic tacos in Japan is a rarity, so we’ve always wanted to introduce what tacos should taste like to the Kawasaki community and beyond. Mark your calendar for 11/21 and 22, Thursday and Friday, when we’ll be serving a special menu of tacos and Mexican appetizers. Chef Justin, who worked in America for 10 years and loves Mexican cuisine from his travels there, will be serving 3 authentic tacos rarely seen in Japan. In addition, our sommelier staff will prepare the perfect sake pairing for each dish.

「銀座おのでら」の専門寿司学校で訓練を受けた柴田シェフが、4月12日金曜日におつまみと10貫のにぎり寿司を含むおまかせコースを提供します。


Chef Shibata, who trained at Ginza Onodera's Professional Sushi Course, is hosting a sushi omakase course on April 12, 2024. The course will include several small plates and 10 pieces of nigiri.
